Dead Phoenix is a cancelled Nintendo GameCube game, originally planned to be released in summer 2003 as part of the "Capcom Five". Capcom never officially announced its cancellation, simply refusing to comment on the game's absence.

Very little documentation was released on the game, and what information is out there is what can be gleaned from promotional images and videos. The game appears to be a third-person shooter, with the player controlling a flying man with wings and heavy guns. Many similarities can be drawn to Capcom's earlier arcade shoot 'em up game Legendary Wings.
