Gulp Worm
The Gulp Worm are enemies from the Resident Evil series.
Description[]
It is a common earthworm infected with the T-Virus in Resident Evil Code: Veronica. It hunts through the use of its highly sensitive exterior, feeling vibrations emitted through sound and movement. If it senses prey, the Gulp Worm will launch its considerable mass towards its target, generally knocking it to the ground, or consuming it whole.
The Gulp Worm is very similar to the Gravedigger, although it does not possess the latter's large mandibles. It is encountered twice at the Umbrella Corporation's prison facility on Rockfort Island. It was killed by Chris Redfield soon after it swallowed Rodrigo Juan Raval whole.
This worm was actually in the prototype stage, and used as a practice opponent for Rockfort Island's Anti-B.O.W. Squad trainees.
