- Middy - He was a gifted programmer who managed the Mother Computer throughout the game. His twin brother, Techno, was manipulated by Sigma, and attempted to hack into the Mother Computer by uploading himself into the mainframe. Sadly, when X destroyed Techno's terminal to prevent Techno from hacking the Mother Computer, he also destroyed Techno's CPU, and because Techno's CPU was linked to Middy's, Middy too was killed.
- Techno - The elder twin of Middy, Techno was a skilled hacker, who was manipulated by Sigma into using his skills for evil. He hacked into the Maverick Hunters' Mother Computer mainframe, and sent eight viruses into it based on Mavericks from the past. He died with his twin.
