Story

Q's existence is shrouded in mystery. His trench coat and strange iron mask are an enigma that reveals no secrets. Even the investigative powers of the CIA have uncovered little about his history or purpose. What is known is that he's been seen in crime scene photographs from inexplicable murders all over the world. Perhaps when the mystery is finally solved, his true identity will become clear.
Q's fighting style uses the strength of his huge body with repeated crushing blows and devastating body slams. His movements are far from quick, but he can overwhelm an opponent with his long reach and determination. Much like his history, his moves come from unknown origins and are named by bystanders based on their visual appearance.
Abilities Edit
Q's offensive power is strong, and his normal attacks have good reach. Unfortunately, his slow attack speed can cause the player to have difficulty mastering him. Luckily, strong combos with the Capture & Deadly Blow more than compensate for his weaknesses.
Before the end of the round, Q can increase his defense by three times using the Taunt maneuver. The Capture & Deadly Blow is his main move. After throwing his opponent, he can follow through with another attack while he/she is still falling. If he throws his enemy into a wall, he can even follow through again when his foe lands.

It is important to note that Q may also be a female, but is referred to as a "he" for the convenience of the article. It is also unknown whether or not he is a robot or a android like Seth, cyborg or a human being wearing a costume, although it has been hinted at that he is a cyborg.
In Q's ending, there is a tall detective dressed in a similiar red tie and white shirt as Q. He asks suspicious questions like "Have you identified him?" and even makes the comment "Well, they have similiar tastes in clothes." Before the end of the scene Q's shadow can be seen dashing across the projector in that very same room.
